Documentation Description - Extension of Character Limitations

With a large volume of templates and forms we need a set naming convention between states and domains to ensure easy access to relevant documentation. Unfortunately we are limited with the naming conventions due to limitations in the number of characters we can have in the item descriptions. If they can be extended by around 10 characters, that would be great.
