Qualification duplicate
It will be good option if we can duplicate an existing qualification with units , so that each time we have to create a stream we don't have to add all the units again , saving time and minimizing errors as well. Also if we can have option of creating clusters at the class/group level rather than qualification level, so that in future if there is any change in the cluster (e.g. addition or deletion of units or moving from 6 to 4 clusters) we can mange it at group level rather than creating a whole new qualification(which is the present option).

It would be awesome to be able to duplicate a qualifications, of which we can then edit. Especially when there are slight differences or variations in what is delivered to different states or cohorts etc. You probity thinking, well that's what the class or course area is for, but this area doesn't cover what we need.
The reason for this is, because we have stopped pulling the the full qualification from Training.gov.au and we have to set up the qual manually every time.
When you pull the qualification from training.gov.au, you end up with a bunch of units in the qual (which have nothing to do with your delivery schedules) and this can cause admin problems down the line because of packaging rules not being met, students being put into units they shouldn't be etc.
It is much easier to maintain a qualification, the subject selection and packaging rules for a qualification when it does not include a bunch of excessive units which you don't deliver.
It takes a long time to set up packaging rules and streams for a qualification and especially if you have different delivery options, it becomes a nightmare to maintain.
Another idea that could solve this issue and speed up / improve the import feature would be; having the ability to able to select which units will be pulled across from training.gov.au, rather than dumping the whole lot into the qualification.
