Notification to trainers

Having a notification email or pop-up for trainers to be notified that a new student/s has been allocated to them. This would help reduce other work that Staff would have to do to notify the trainers that they have new students.

  This is a great idea - we currently create a file note and send to allocated trainers however it is very easy to forget and takes a while to get to the top of their inbox!

  Also notifying when a student is taken off the trainer would be good too.

  Could an automatic task be used to do this? eg. (when a student is enrolled in a class, an automatic email is sent to the trainer.) You would just need to confirm when the notification should be sent.

  ... and just general reminders such as 'you have upcoming training'.  Great for trainers who work accross multiple RTOs or manage numerous calendars outside of aX
