Completely agree.  We have eligibilty criteria that must be viewed in the first instance or students with legal/medical information that needs to be in a pinned post to the top.  It is vital for communicating important information.

When the note system changed we suggested being able to pin a note to the top of a students records, it would be incredibly useful to our organisation as you often need more information than you can really put in the contact message.

We track funded student eligibility through file notes which is ongoing until they are approved so having the original entry on page 3 of notes is such a pain.

The file note change didn't really suit us as we use the notes in the system so heavily. It is great that we can now see who originally created a note and when it is updated. We used to track that by writing our initials and date stamping notes, we still do this though.

This would be great - please implement this.  It is so easy for an important note to be lost when entering alot of notes.

In addition when a note is emailed and cc'd to someone a "stamp" should be added to the bottom of the note saying the date and time it was emailed and cc'd to.

I'd never thought of having a stamp showing who the file note was sent to but that would be amazing!

I know that a record is added to the person who receives the note's contact page but that is only helpful for a manager to see how many notes were sent to a user. It would be a huge benefit to see who a file note was emailed to on the contact page that the note was sent from as we use this functionality as a huge communication tool, but it is very easy for someone to just say they didn't get a note or for someone to accidentally forget to email it.

    Please implement that idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hey Team

Just wanted to follow up and see if this is going to be able to be completed?

With the number of notes and emails going to students, things like Additional Evidence Requirements are being pushed back and people are seeing what is needing following up.

I completely agree! This would be perfect for important notes on student's files to be seen first. Great for admin and trainers/assessors.!

    Hi Team

Any updates or chances of this actually happening?

It would help my team greatly to pin important notes such as missing evidence or outstanding payments from a payment plan

Can we get some insight around if this action is being developed?
Lots of us would like it :)

A similar feature that may assist some people in this thread - Click on Actions; Update Contact Message. It enables a message to be pinned to the top of the students profile. It also gives the option for the message to show as a pop up.
