Cancelled enrolment date

I am trying to get a list of students who were cancelled within a particular date range. The idea behind this is to try and re-engage some of our past clients and update them with new products/programs that we have available.

Currently there's nowhere to record the date that a students enrolment status is cancelled which makes generating a report on this a little bit difficult.

I'm suggesting/requesting a cancelled date field be available in the same area as the enrolled date, commencement date, completion dates of each enrolment. Ideally the date for this field would be automatically recorded when the enrolment status is changed to "cancelled" and we could filter by and display this date in the reports.

  Hi Calvin,
  As part of our recent modifications to the enrolment status area, the date at which an enrolment is set to cancelled is now automatically stored, but only currently viewable via the Student Log page. It would be possible to create a report in our new report builder to filter on all enrolments changed to a particular status within a given date range, however this has not yet been scheduled as part of our ongoing reporting improvements.

  Regarding the use of custom fields to capture and report this date, enrolment custom fields are currently available as display fields and filters in the Program Enrolments and Outcomes - Extended report, and will be made available in additional reports in a coming release.

  We've had the same issue! We ended up creating a UOC named 'CancellationDate' to track this information. I'm hoping shortly we will be able to utilise the custom fields for this purpose (once they are reportable) :)

  We would love to see a cancellation date and be able to report on that date and/or pull a report between specific dates!

  I cannot tell you how many hours being able to see the cancellation date and run a report for specific dates or date ranges would save me, this would be extremely useful!
