Opportunity Source
Is there some way to enter / track where an opportunity comes from? Rather than at a contact level, at an Opportunity Level? So you can track marketing campaigns to see which is successful for gaining and converting leads?

You could track the number of converted leads at the class enrolment level (assuming you are booking accredited courses) with a custom field to gauge the effectiveness of your campaigns. This would not track total leads, however it might be a step in the right direction. Jade, I am not referring to accredited courses specifically, but all opportunities. IE. Marketing > Opportunities. I would like to be able to track the source of the opportunity, not just the number of converted leads. For example, whether the opportunity came from the website, a email campaign or an existing customer. We would then be able to use the status (pending, won etc) to track for example how many opportunities have come via the website and what the probability is of conversion and what the conversion rate is :)
