Data warehousing should occur after midnight

Hi aXcelerate team,

I would like to request that we reschedule the warehousing of data until after midnight - that way, we can pull meaningful reporting for the day before. If the warehousing occurs around 11:00 (ADST), then any transactions that occur after that time (but still on that calendar day) will not appear on reporting.

I would really like to use the Workflow engine to run reporting overnight and deliver it to staff in the morning, but with the warehousing right now I effectively have to skip a day - for example, currently a report run early on a Wednesday morning can only collect reliable full-day information up to the Monday because there may be transactions performed on Tuesday night after the cut-off.

Hi Chris, thanks for the suggestion. We have pushed back the warehousing operation until 2 AM AEST (3 AM AEDT), to account for WA clients (12 AM AWST). It is important to remember that the workflow schedules currently run in AEST, so they will now need to be scheduled after 2:30 AM AEST in order to report on the newest data cache (however we recommend scheduling no earlier than 5 AM AEST to guard against future variations in this schedule). This change will take effect as of tonight.
