Email templates should be available for change

Hi There,
I have just noticed that the email templates in aXcelerate are not available for changes and whenever we want to send the template (like COE) to a student , it just send away the template and nothing in the mail body like " dear student, please find attached the following document ".
We should be able to modify it and have some text in email body while sending out COE, CAN notice etc.
Please include this for future development.

  Hi Meena,

  I've given you an update through your support request as well, but I just wanted to clarify here.

  What I would recommend, if you do not want to change the original template, but want a salutation for email is to have a duplicated template set up with an Email suffix. This could then be used when emailing the template - and the original could be used for print purposes.

  Please note that templates do not go through as attachments - but rather the HTML is sent through as the email body. This means that you can include your salutation in the template and it will all be displayed.
