Customisation of units at class level

ASQA wants us to customise our units for each class. Adapt them according to how they will be delivered e.g. face-to-face or employment based. And in addition - to each class, based on that class's needs e.g. lots of industry experience, people with language difficulties in a f-2-f class room and so on.
How we deliver a unit is very dependent on the class - and some our classes might be very big as they might be a whole cohort of trainees at a large company. But there is no way to customise the unit (delivery method, assessment method, assessment tasks etc at class level).
It would be great if this could be rectified and I'd like to know if other RTOs are struggling with this.
