I have spoken with the sales staff in relation to the new UI and there's a couple of queries they've raised I'm hoping you can implement.
With reference to the old UI, can an option be added for colours to show in the widgets (like the current home screen) so they can differentiate between warm and cold clients?
Secondly, there's the option to add multiple widgets of the same type (for example follow ups). So in theory you can have three follow up widgets, one set for overdue, one for current and one for future. However, when you save this setup and go back to the home screen, they all default to TODAY. Is there a way to set them to save as overdue/today/future if the user so wishes, rather than having to click each time?

  Hi Jared,

  The "Follow-up Tasks" widget will currently display the task colour in the right-most column when viewing your own tasks (this column is also used to display the relevant system user when viewing other's tasks, so the colours will not display). Currently only the position and size of widgets can be saved, but not the settings/filters selected within each widget. If this is a popular request amongst aXcelerate clients, this can certainly be implemented in the future.
  I should also note that the widget dashboard and the new UI can be enabled/disabled independently, so clients have the option of using the new UI without the widget dashboard, and vice versa.

  Hi Jade,

  The follow up colours are very important to many of our processes.
  Is there any way that the follow up colours can also appear on the new widget dashboard? Rather than staff having to go to via the Marketing>Follows Ups.

  Hi Michelle,
  Currently the colours will show up on the widget dashboard when viewing your own follow ups, but not when viewing other's tasks. If having this colour also display when viewing other's tasks is a popular request, we can definitely look at making this change.

  Thanks Jade. Could I make the suggestion to potentially move the follow up colour to the first column? Or have wider widgets? Because unless you zoom out it is quite difficult to view the follow up colour on the dashboard now.

  Hi Michelle, you can increase or decrease with width of a given widget using the left and right arrow icons that appear in the title bar next to the X icon (for more information, see https://axcelerate.atlassian.net/wiki/display/AH/Home+page). Widgets such as the follow-ups widget may need to be expanded to view all available data, depending on the size of your screen. You can then save this layout for future use. Hope this helps!

  Is it possible to update the style sheet for the new ui in any way. We want to get rid of the purple table rows in the enrolment screens and add more contrast to the even and odd rows.

  Hi Jeremy, it is not currently possible to directly alter the CSS of aXcelerate from within aXcelerate, however, as you may be aware, there are browser plugins available to achieve this.
