Bulk Enrol Contacts

It would be great if the bulk enrol contacts could be done for past workshops as well as future. Also if the workshop instance had more detail - currently only the name and date appears but if you run 5 of the same workshops in different locations on the same day you don't know which one to choose.

  Completely agree Anthony! It may also be beneficial to add additional fields to what is returned when searching for candidates - ie it becomes a Search Contact field, which returns a data table where you can see Name, DOB, Address, Email Address, etc. This will allow users to be more confident that the candidate that they are enrolling is the correct candidate, especially where there may be multiple records with the same name or similar names.

  some of our workshops last a few months, I don't suppose anyone knows a trick for adding the complex dates in bulk as well to not have to do them all manually

  Caren, don't add the complex dates when creating your workshop. When it comes time to mark attendance, the system will prompt and auto-create. Wish it known it sooner myself!
