Secured certificates
It would be great if the ability to password protect or digitally sign a certificate could be added. Ideally done within aXcelerate so that the PDF certificate attached to a template was secured, which would eliminate the current requirement to download, secure using a 3rd party program and then email to clients.

anyone with adobe pro can manipulate certificates very easily. As an RTO we go the extra mile to ensure authenticity but I really doubt that any businesses understand that a "JP witnesses" certificate means absolutely nothing. Combining the new QR code with a properly secured certificate will greatly improve the overall integrity of VET issued certificates and training

As someone who has been involved in sorting out the ramifications of unsecured certificates, I completely support increased document security on certificates. Is anyone going to lend a hand when one certificates has been forged and we have to assist the client in verifying their other 800 certs issued over the years?
That may be slightly overstating it (again, I've been there), but a simple password or digital signature would cut the chance of this happening down to negligible.
Yes, the QR code is great when people use it, but most people don't.
