It would be great if there was a way for Outlook (or Gmail etc) to integrate with aXcelerate. As it is quite time consuming having to copy and paste reply e-mails from students into their aXcelerate records.

Do any other users have a similar issue or any ideas?

  Hi Michele,
  You can save the Outlook message as a .msg file and add it to a note on the student's Contact page as an attachment. Still a bit of a pain, but at least the Notes fields are not huge.

  Hi Dena thank you for your tip.
  I should have articulated my request better. Yes that is what we are currently doing but it is still very time consuming. Would be awesome to simply drag and drop! :-)

  Hi, having a plugin for outlook would be very beneficial. This would allow for a complete email trail being uploaded to the student's profile.
