Queue Revision for VET FEE HELP
If a VEN report has been exported from axcelerate for a particular student then the queue revisions button will appear in that students enrolment record.
If any personal or enrolment details of that student changes after this export the user who made those changes needs to queue the revision.
Ideally the queue revision feature should be more automatic i.e. it should be able to determine the change and record it automatically or at least only prompt a revision if a report had been exported and the reported data has been changed.
axcelerate said this of the matter: "I avoided going down the path of aXcelerate knowing when a field has changed and prompting when to queue a revision. This is due to the complexity involved with the VET FEE-HELP revision rules. It is up to the training administrators to know when a revision will be needed.
This makes the queue revision feature useless for us as this means that every axcelerate user who has access permissions to update a contact record needs to be trained on how to queue a revision report for each student. In our organisation we have a small handful of staff who deal with vet fee help enrolments but we have more than 100 users who can update contact records.
It's not viable for us to train all of our axcelerate users on why and how to queue a revision. So in order to make the queue revision button useful I am suggesting that this is reconsidered
