USI Verification at course instance level

Hi,

I would like to see the ability to verify a batch from the course instance level using the students within that course.

This would be ideal for us as a high volumn short course company.

  Did you get an answer to this? i am looking for a similar solution. I have a class/intake of 20 students and want to validate their USIs in a single batch before posting their certificates. Did you find a workaround?

  Hi Michael,

  Not as of yet. USI management is a consistent burden for us, we are trying to come up with ways on how to deal with it in the mass we require to. I am not sure how other organisations are dealing with it, but we seem to have at least 1 or 2 invalid or unverifiable USI's in every course. Multiply that by 60000 students per year, we have lost hours, days, weeks on trying to maintain compliance in this matter.

  Thus far I have found no work around in this instance forcing us to verify in bulk and then fix any issues one at a time.

  We are also, still, have the same problem. We would like the USI's at least flag as being verified or not at the course instance level.
  Going in to each student profile even after data has been entered and some USI's have either not been saved or were not verified and then getting to the end of the statement issuing step and not being able to issue SOA's has been cumbersome and time wasting.
