Send PDFs of templates generated directly to a client from the templates section
We need to be able to email documents generated from the templates section as PDFs attached to an email. NOT embedded within the email.
At this point, the only way that we can email a PDF of a template that has been generated out of aXcelerate is to generate the document from the template, then get to the PDF view, save the PDF to the Resources Library, and then choose it as an attachment. That will take too much time as we are doing sometimes a 100 documents at one time. We need to be able to email the PDF of the template generated directly from the TPO section.

Being able to save a copy of a PDF generated from Templates directly in to the system would also be great.
Instead of having to save it to my own system and then upload it back in to aXcelerate, which is unnecessarily time consuming.
It is very confusing that a copy of an email can be saved yet not a PDF generated within the system. -
We want this feature too. We currently send confirmation of enrolments as email content (it's quite long and people always want to upload it or print it for centrelink purposes etc..) What we would love to do is send a short email with their confirmation of enrolment attached as a pdf. So the email content is different to the attached pdf. We got a quote for this today, it came in at $4488. Can we find a few others who need and would like to share the cost of this?
