Better way to reprint certificates from historical AVETMISS data

Is there or can a better way be developed to generate a certificate from a historial AVETMISS data import.

Current I believe you have to go into the class then try to find the student in potentially a list of thousands (which crashes the system every time). This process makes it impossible to reprint the certificate.

I dont know if anyone else has the same issue or the same AVETMISS data import scale as us, but we have had to develop an external reprint solution which eliminates our goal of being in 1 system for all of our training needs and uses.

  Hi James,

  In order to prevent loading every student in an unusually large class, I would suggest using the "Issue Certificate" link directly from the enrolment screen of the student that you wish to do the reprint for. This can be accessed directly via the contact view page, or by using the "Find Participant" filter when viewing the class matrix. Hope this helps.
