When you email a note to another system user it would be good if axcelerate would automatically record which system users were emailed the notes. Currently our system users record a note such e.g. "wants more information on xyz course" and then they email the note to a specific user to follow up. To a manager, this looks like just an empty note with no specific follow up or action applied to it so it's hard to know who was suppose to make the next contact.

This also applies to follow ups - if there was an automatic note that recorded the the person who was given a follow up task that would be great

  Hi Calvin,

  Creating a follow-up task alongside the contact note for the desired user would be our recommended method of recording who should make the next contact. This allows the user to see new follow ups on their home screen, and can receive an email notification by enabling the "Marketing - Follow-up notification" system setting under the "Additional Options" tab. Hopefully this workflow will meet your needs.
