Sales Representative field in Short Courses/Qualifications (and subsequent reports)

Good afternoon,

I was hoping to know the likeliness of having a field onto the Qualification/Short Course pages for Sales Rep (similar to the Agent, Employer, Manager fields under a contact).

As I understand from Calvin Young's post in General Discussion, I believe that this will be something several RTO's would benefit from.

This would then be complemented in the reports menu, where Sales Representative would be a field that could be filtered by in Qualification/Short Course reports.

As stated, I believe this will be a very valuable tool for several RTO's and if you could provide an approximate time line in which this could be implemented, it would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi Tomos,

  As of our last release (21 January), a sales rep can be assigned to an enrolment into an accredited program, in addition to the existing ability to assign a sales rep to a workshop/short course booking. Currently this data is only captured in the "Revenue by Sales Rep" report, however any further suggestions for reports will be taken into consideration as this feature is moved out of "beta" status.

  Jade,

  The feature of tracking the Sales Rep by course booking sounds great. I have spent some time trying to find this feature in our system but unfortunately I have not been able to find the field in the course booking section. Also, I can not find the report you refer to. Are you able to provide more assistance.

  This feature is currently in a beta testing phase. If you are interested in trying this feature out in your account before it is made available to all clients, please create a support request via the Support Centre referencing this topic, and we can enable this for you.
