Statement of attainment warnings

When issuing Statement of Attainments in bulk from an accredited class there seems to be little way of knowing which students have completed at least 1 subject or their current enrolment status or if they have already been issued with a Statement of Attainment.

Any or all of the following suggestions would assist us in generating these in bulk and make it a lot easier for our admin processes:

1. Not allowing us to generate a statement of attainment for students who have completed all of the subjects

2. Not allowing us to generate a Statement of Attainment for students who haven't completed at least 1 subject

3. Showing icon next to each student's name who has already been issued with a Statement of Attainment previously

4. Having the students separated by enrolment status in a similar way to how they are in the class matrix e.g. not started/in progress, cancelled etc..

5. Having the students displayed in same alphabetical order that they are in the class matrix
