AI tool.
Currently, our experience with the AI feature has been sadly underwhelming. I have provided feedback on the AI generated marking results however I have no visibility of what the follow up actions are - I have seen no improvement despite my feedback - we have no idea on what is happening in this space - is it worth the time and effort in providing feedback at all? Our experience has taken us to having to resort to external AI solutions. We opted in to aXcelerate because of this amazing feature in the first instance. In my view, when we provide the gold standard student response, the AI feature should reliably be able to produce an evaluation that will ease the burden of manual marking.

Thank you for the feedback, I’m sorry to hear you’ve been hitting limitations with the AI Marking Assistant.
This is something we are actively investigating at the moment, I will reach out directly to discuss where the marking assistant is currently falling short.
