Expand the search function in New Course Types page to include "name contains"

Hi, could you please expand the search filter to allow "name contains".  In the previous Course Types search function, you could type a word or number, and it would provide a list of courses that contained that name or number.  For example, "009" for HLTAID009 or "Cardiopulmonary" Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.  Now you have to type the full code or full name.  Thank you.
