Make Survey Result Reports More Actionable

Hi, I would like to see a Survey Response Report that is more legible and actionable:

• Displaying the course name and response date only once per respondee;
• Displaying answer labels instead of numeric IDs for multi-select questions

Example: Question 'Select all the boxes that relate to the program participants' now has an answer displayed as '6'. But I don't know what the '6' response is. I want to see 'Youth (18-25 years of age)' as a response in the report.

  I agree, I would also like to be able to see the answer labels in the report, instead of the numeric IDs.
