Can Workflow Automation trigger on a Contact Custom Field change or a specific Note Type creation? We require a workflow when an Attendance Note or Attendance Alert is recorded.

  Have you tried making a report based workflow using the report?:

  "Contact Notes by Users"

  This report will display notes entered by aXcelerate users within a given date range. Note types and users can be filtered.

  Would that do what you need?
