Need to include units with Credit Transfer outcomes on SOA Certificates that are automatically issued.

When manually issuing a Certificate / Statement of Attainment, units with Credit Transfer outcomes are excluded from generated Statements of Attainment, unless the 'Record of Results' checkbox is selected. Unfortunately, the Record of Results checkbox is not available / not a configurable option within the Automatic Certificate Issuing settings, meaning auto-issued Certificates omit units with a CT outcome. This is a big issue for us and I really hope that it can be addressed soon.
