Improve Agent Portal PDF and Excel Export Functionality

I would like to suggest improvements to the reporting export functionality in the Agent Portal.

There are currently two issues with the export options:

PDF Export: When exporting a report to PDF, some columns and information are cut off and are not fully visible. This is particularly noticeable when the report contains multiple columns. It would be helpful if the PDF automatically adjusted the page orientation, scaling, and column widths, or used multiple pages so that all information is displayed correctly.
Excel Export: The Excel export feature is currently not working as expected. Users are unable to successfully export the report/data to Excel.

It would be very helpful if both export options could be improved so that users can download complete and accurate reports in either PDF or Excel format.
