Ability to Delete Commission Batches

I would like to suggest adding an option to delete a commission batch after it has been created, particularly when the batch was created by mistake or contains incorrect information.

At the moment, commissions can be removed from a batch, but the batch itself remains permanently in the system. This can result in unnecessary or incorrect batches remaining in the records and may cause confusion when managing or reviewing commission reports.

A delete option, ideally with appropriate permission controls or an archive option, would make commission management much easier and help keep records clean and accurate.
