Automative module completion survey

I looked around aXcelerate to find out how to set up an automative action for the module completion survey. 

When students complete each module, I want students to use surveys I created on aXcelerate but as it is not possible, I use external surveys included in their tasks (mainly the last one), and I have not been able to collect any responses on aXcelerate.

Are there any ways I missed out, or is it not possible?
