Paused Workflows - Inactive/Active Tab

It would be nice to have an 'Active' and 'Inactive' tab for the workflows, much like many other sections in aXcelerate (Templates, Reports, Groups, etc.). This would make it much tidier instead of having to sift through paused and active workflows all in one list.
