Learning plan version assessment version numbers

When we add an assessment to a learning plan - in the list it does not have the version against each assessment so you can check you are adding the correct one. Only once you have added it you can see the version.

Would like to see in the yellow highlighted area the version number before selecting it and adding it to the learning plan
