Date Filter for VSL Module completion reports

When generating a report for VSL module completions, it would be super handy if there could be a date filter to capture when the change was actually made.

This would mean we could pull a report for all completions processed that particular month. Without the date filter, they will pull as "complete" every single month from then on which means having to sort through and remove the old "already recorded" data.

As we can sort by date filter on other reports, I am hopeful that this isn't too much of an ask.
