Learner on Boarding- Guardian/Parent Signature

Currently, within a form, it is possible to add a Parent/Guardian Signature field to the student declaration. When a student enters their date of birth, the system identifies if they are under 18 and triggers the Parent/Guardian Signature field to become mandatory if it is set up with the form.

However, there is currently no way to verify whether the person signing the Parent/Guardian Signature field is actually the student's parent or guardian.

It would be beneficial if this process could be re looked by requiring the parent or guardian to complete the signature separately. For example, the system could send a notification or signature request directly to the parent/guardian contact linked to the student's profile, or generate an agreement that is automatically sent to that contact for signing.

By updating the process it ensures personal information and declarations are accessed and acknowledged by the authorised parent or guardian only, while also ensuring the required parent/guardian consent is authentic.
