Update to override_instance_limit Setting

In the Client Portal under Browse Courses, if you are viewing available workshops (we only use public) without adding a filter, the override_instance_limit setting will hide workshops if you're over the limit.

At the moment, it seems to hide workshops at random; it would be great if it showed the first 100 instances (by date). By hiding random workshops, it gives our Client users the impression there is no workshop on that date (because they can see workshops listed after).
