Extract email and SMS records (Full history) not just summary

For compliance, it would be great to be able to extract all communications sent to and from a student, including emails and sms. This is a complaince need to show engagement with the student and the details of each communication.

Currently you can only download the file note history that shows an email or SMS was sent, but you can only get the details of that email or SMS when you click into the record. This means manually extracting the correspondence. 

We should have the option when extracting thre notes records to:

1. Choose what not types ot include
2. Choose to include the full email and/or SMS details

Additoanlly when sending standard emails and SMS from either the contact record, Workshop, or Class group (i.e. not templated emails), we should be able to select what not type the email records should be saved as. At present, all emails or SMS are recorded as a system generated note.

By being able to choose the note type, we will have a far better system for extarcting relevant records for internal and external compliance actvities.
