Custom HTML dashboard widgets

Hello,

I'd like to propose a custom HTML widget type to allow us to communicate to trainers and other system users. It could be used as mocked up below for quick links to important documents/systems external to aXcelerate, or could also be used as a notice board.

If a new template type (Widget) was added in aXcelerate that could then be linked to a widget, that would be fabulous. Dynamic fields would be a bonus!
