Workshop Attendance Sheet Generator - Option to add additional open text areas

The layout of the attendance sheet generator is fixed, only allowing to add columns/fields  horizontally.

This prevents from adding open text box areas for other potentially relevant info (pre-start, class notes, summary of completed tasks, etc).

This feature is quite limited comparably to other SMS, preventing from replicate previously used attendance sheets.

From a coding/development perspective should also be a fairly easy fix/addition.
