Allow Resources from Library to be attached to Learner Onboarding Forms or dynamic URL for Resources

When linking to documents in the Resource Library from Learner Onboarding forms we currently copy the URL link from the Resource Library and then paste in the linking window in that section in of the Learner Onboarding form.

e.g., We link to the Learner Handbook from the learner onboarding form and then have a declaration where learners confirm they have been provided with the handbook and have read and understand it.

Each time there is a version update to the Learner Handbook the URL changes in the Resource Library, and we need to remember to update the Learner Onboarding forms with the new URL. This is not ideal and could possibly be missed resulting in old versions provided in Learner Onboarding forms.

It would be great to have either a way/feature to link to Resources in Learner Onboarding without using the URL or alternatively allow for a dynamic URL that always links to the most recent version of that resource please.

  Hi Lynda, There is an option when updating documents in the Resource Library to Force Latest Version. I believe this means that any old URLs will use the most updated document version. Might be worth testing to see if it works for you in the scenario you mentioned :)
