Bring back image pasting to templates (emails)
I regularly used the 'paste' command to insert a screenshot into an email template so I could send individual progress reports to students with a copy of a colourful matrix graphic from another system along with standard messaging.
This functionality was removed in the last week, and aX users are now expected to use the Media Library to add images to template emails. In addition to this workaround being time consuming, it also raises a couple more issues for me:
1) I don't need to reuse these screenshots, they are out of date right away (as they are a progress report) but I can't delete them from the media library because then if the email is viewed at a later date, then they see an error where the image should be, which is not a good look. I will end up with hundreds of useless files in my media library pretty quickly.
2) Media library images can't be updated or overwritten. Because I send these progress reports weekly, if I was able to just overwrite each students screenshot image in the Media Library, then that would resolve part of the above issue (#1). And actually improve other processes I do where Media Library images need to be updated throughout the year, which requires the new image be uploaded as a separate file (instead of overwriting/updating the existing), which then means the latest image is assigned new URL and so any template that uses that image must also be updated with the new URL. I spend so much time on this kind of task regularly that could be avoided if media library images could be updated/overwritten. (Please note that I am going to add this request as a separate request/new post as well)
