AI Learner Support Agent - No optional AI tickbox for student

It would be better if the student cannot 'select' if they want an AI answer first - as most of the time they will not select this - they want a 'real' person. I recommend removing the tick box and all questions are reviewed by AI first, then if the answer is not satisfactory - handed to the Student Support Help Requests.
