Rich Text Editor

Would it be possible to have Rich Text Edit functionality for Help Requests and other student interactions?

I know aXcelerate has it for some things, such as what's discussed here: https://support.axcelerate.com.au/hc/en-gb/community/posts/11942562318863-WYSIWYG-editor-on-the-Overview-and-Learner-Instruction-in-authoring-V3?input_string=Rich%20Text%20Editor

But it would be very helpful if it was extended to other parts of the platform.  At the moment, our trainers and student support staff have to save screen shots to a file and then attach it, which is adding significant time and work.
