Contact notes - report

Hi team,

I am trying to create a report that includes Contact Notes, along with the following fields:

• Who wrote the note (Note Author)
• Class / Workshop details
• Assessor / Trainer information
• Note text and related note metadata

At the moment, the only report available in our system is:

“Contact Notes by User – Warehoused”

However, this report only provides aXc User fields and does not expose any of the actual Contact Note fields, Class fields, or Assessor fields. According to aXcelerate documentation, the fields available in a report are determined by the underlying report type and its data relationships, and this specific report type does not include Contact Note, Class, or Enrolment tables. Because of this limitation, I am unable to generate the reporting we need.

Could you please:

1. Enable the standard “Contact Notes (Warehoused)” report for our tenant, as this report type allows relational fields such as Note Author, Class structure, and Assessor information; or
2. Enable another suitable report (e.g., Class Enrolments – Warehoused) that includes related Contact Note fields; or
3. Confirm whether this report has been disabled or restricted in our environment.

If this report is not currently available in our plan, please advise on what needs to be enabled so we can access Contact Note data linked to classes and assessors.
