Save Custom Class Views

It would be extremely helpful if we could save our own Custom Class Views. Currently, every time we want to view specific information for a class, we need to search in Columns and manually add the fields we want to see every time. Being able to save multiple views would provide trainers with easy access to the information they need directly within a class, rather than having to check individual student profiles.

Alternatively, if the above is not possible, it would be useful if the permission to add additional columns could be separated from the Class Instances – Update permission and made its own distinct permission. This would allow us to grant trainers the ability to customise views without giving them full Update access, which currently comes with other permissions that we cannot provide to trainers.

  Hi Mason,

  You should be able to do this under System Settings > RTO / VET Settings. It's just above the Certificate Issuance Settings box.

  This link will take you straight there, just replace XXXX with your RTO subdomain.

  Thanks so much, Tomos! I was just speaking with someone on the support team who mentioned it wasn’t possible, so it’s great to know that it actually can be done.
