Attendance Records - issues and requests
Attendance is a critical compliance component so I have a few considerations:
- When selecting the custom fields tickboxes to include; I believe they are supposed to appear (left to right) in the the order they are turned on but this doesn't work for me; it would be worth having this function.
- Can we have an option to include the Workshop ID; i.e. not just as fine print in the footer.
- Can we change the Attendance Arrival/departure columns to read "Departure" instead of "Depart". Its misleading as the tense and clipping/abbreviation is inconsistent and students usually write their "department" here and not the departure time, which is problematic for our compliance.
- Can we have this exportable as an excel/csv file and not just pdf so we can tailor it.
- Can we have an option to include blank rows for additional students who attend (usually client trainings) for whom we don't have details for at the time of producing the document; this is common for us.
- Can you fix the issue with the document always printing across 2 pages, so we don't have to readjust settings for this each time; its a waste of time/paper from our perspective.
- Using the attendance template from "Send to Trainer" under the workshop page option includes tentative and cancelled learners so this is not sensible for us.
- Unfortunately the Trainer app has been unreliable to date; so we are still relying on the hard copies. We hope this will change soon?!
