Trainer Competency Reporting

It would be great if we could create a report for short courses that includes columns showing the assigned trainer and their competency status. This report could be used for compliance purposes to ensure that trainers allocated to courses are authorised to deliver them.

Currently, administrators can select any trainer who holds the unit. However, we want to ensure the report clearly identifies whether the trainer is fully competent to train and assess the course, or if they are required to deliver the training under supervision.
