Feature Request – Confirmation Prompt When Moving Workshops in Calendar

Hi Axcelerate Team,

I hope you're well.

I would like to suggest a potential enhancement to the workshop calendar functionality.

It would be ideal if, when a workshop is accidentally dragged to a different date in the calendar, the system prompts the user to confirm the change before proceeding. Currently, the workshop automatically moves and updates its dates without any confirmation, which can result in unintended changes.

Adding a confirmation pop-up (e.g., “Are you sure you want to move this workshop?”) would help prevent accidental updates and maintain data accuracy.

  This is a function in aXcelerate that currently allows workshops to be moved without a prompt or confirmation. This can lead to operational issues, loss of revenue, client and participant complaints not to mention, logistical problems if changes are not properly managed. To prevent these risks, this feature should be configured to require mandatory confirmation before any workshop is moved.
