Client portal view of student progress

We have recently transitioned over to the client portal for our teachers. Many are unhappy that they can no longer click into the continuing activity as they have previously been able to in the admin portal. They can no longer see if their students need to try again, have submitted or haven't begun. They really need these features in order to effectively manage their classes. Can this be added to the client portal at all?
