Work-based learning - Schedule

There needs to be more flexibility with the schedule function against a placement. Visists may not occur weekly, we should be able to select between daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or random scheduling.

Restriciting to weekly limits the suitability of the application for many RTOs that operate monthly work-based training visits.
