add unit of competency expiry date to student portal view

Having our learners be able to view their unit expiry dates in their learner portal would be a great innovation.

currently they can see they have completed but not the expiry date. expiry date would be VERY useful for us as we use the system to manage client inductions and it would be much better for our workers to be able to see their own expiry rather than needing to talk to a manager or admin all the time
