Ability to see students last engagement date and time in portal

It would be very beneficial to have a report and field that gave providers visibility into the date and time students last undertook any activity in the LMS. This would give providers the ability to flag students who are at risk of disengagement and increase supports.

Flagging: The last login date shows the last time they logged in (which could be some time ago if they have logged in on the app. This does not indicate last engagement in the system.

Ideally it would be:

• A report that could be run and give the date and time the student last did anything in the portal (even clicked something or submitted something)
• A field that could be added to progress reports (for employers or workforce providers) showing the students last engagement in the system

Even better if you could flag the last date the student submitted an assessment.

This would also allow workflows to be build that could send automated emails or SMS messages to encourage the student to log into their portal and engage in their training.

  When determining engagement with the students - this report is a must - very important tool for an RTO

  Agree for the feature for a progress report but I have recently discovered via the report builder that there is an access log report you can run and can filter it by student. It will tell you the last time they logged into Axcelerate (not the activity log saves per question answered)
