I recently used the Snap, Send, Solve app and noticed a feature that I believe would be very beneficial for the community forum.

It would be helpful to have an AI-powered function that automatically searches for similar existing posts when creating a new one. This would allow users to contribute to or upvote existing discussions, rather than creating duplicate posts, and would provide a clearer picture of how many RTOs are experiencing the same issues or requesting similar features.

For example, I was about to post a suggestion regarding prefilled address fields in the onboarding forms, but discovered several similar posts, each with a small number of likes. If these had been consolidated into a single post, it could have shown much stronger overall demand and provided more accurate insight into common client needs and pain points.

  Good idea Jasmine, I too have had issues with discoverability and thoughts regarding the consolidation and dilution of requests in the current forum.
